From Pain Points to Solutions
Through research, I identified frustrations like unclear booking changes, hidden QR tickets, minimal event info, and no easy way to share or navigate. These became opportunities for solutions such as “Add to Wallet,” one-tap maps, and clearer booking flows.
A Calm, Confident Experience
The final prototype offers a gallery-inspired interface where users can browse, book, and check in seamlessly, showing me that good design lives in the small details that build confidence.
